>>76872839Probably one of the best moves you can do for general fitness, if you have a brain and can modify them to keep them challenging (doing a few push-ups or dive-bomber push-ups at the bottom, leg thrusts out to the sides to hit obliques more, doing plyometric squats or lunges at the top, doing them with a dumbbell clean and push press, etc.). There's a reason dudes who actually have to fight, in the military or prison, do a shitload of them.
