>>76874605Keep repeating "gotta eat big to get big" in your head and when you feel that vomit reflex you swallow it back down and focus hard on a word that has nothing related to eating or food. Over time your stomach will stretch and you no longer get the vomit reflex and you can basically just eat until your belly is so engorged you can't breathe or you get bored.
