Progressive overload bro. You need only two arm exercises and no more. Straight bar curl for the bicep and skull crushers for tricep. Do these and increase the weight on these exercises overtime (meaning get stronger). Your arms will grow. Think about it. If you can curl or press heavier and heavier weights, there is no way they will stay small. They will only get bigger.Simple as that.
>>76873191If I'm doing arms fr I'm doing delts my strict curls are above my not strict front/mid raises
>>76873191Train triceps if you care most about filling out shirts. Biceps aren't that big in comparison, also idk about you but starting out I progressed faster on triceps.
>>76873191>>76873320Why do my biceps just refuse to grow? My triceps grow literally every week
>>76873453Try heavier curls. I was relatively stalled when I stayed at 30lb dumbbells
>>76873191I've got to 18" arms natty while lean, and am still gaining, here's some tips, obviously I don't need to tell you every principle of training though lol>You need to do direct arm work, ignore the fags who say they'll grow enough just from compounds>Barbell curls, dumbbell curls, seated incline curls, Preacher curls, cable curls - all you need for biceps>For triceps, skull crushers are the GOAT for me, cable tricep push downs are good, dips are solid>But with these exercises you just have to listen to your body and figure out which ones work best for you, then focus on those>Always at least start your sets with good form and use weight you can actually handle, swinging the whole set won't do shit. It's ok to cheat a bit on the last few reps though>Progressive overload, just like growing chest or legs you can't be lifting the same weight, same sets, same reps week after week if you want to grow>Also just eat and get bigger in general, you can't expect to have decent sized arms if you're 135lbs and unwilling to get bigger/afraid of a little temporary fat gainAbove all though is just consistency, don't expect them to gain inches in weeks. Growth is more on a month by both basis, you just gotta be patient and stay consistent

>>76873453You're using dumbbells instead of cables. Stop being a moron.
Do arm workouts every other day (small muscles, only need 24 hour to recover)3 days a week minimum, heavy sets one day hypertrophy the next>eat like a monster>go to failure every time
