Is it /fit/?
Don't have two bagels that's too many carbsThat said I love my morning bagel sandwich and even if I cut down to like 600 calories it'd be the last thing I'm eating
>>76873389It depends on your dietary restrictions and your fitness goals. Smoked salmon has a lot of salt and the bagel is obviously refined grains. But if you're okay with that or your electrolytes are balanced and you are very insulin sensitive, it shouldn't be a problem. Cookies, cakes, pies, pizza, donuts, and all that jazz can be part of a fit lifestyle. Obviously, not if you're cramming down dozens of chocolate bars a day, but there's nothing wrong with some refined foods or salty or fatty or sugary foods every once in a while.
>>76873389Cream cheese is deceptively shit for macros, the only thing worth anything /fit/-wise on that bagel is the 10 grams of salmon. Big fan of it as a treat though
No
