i've been working out normally until a few days ago i woke up with a lot of pain in the top left of my chest (not heart) and my eyes burning. went to the er and they told me everything was fine, heart, bloods etc.
I still have this feeling of something being there between my shoulder and heart. And every time I lay down supine I start feeling weird as fuck and my eyes start burning then when I get up it's like I get up from a coma.
My doctor called this "anxiety" lmao. Can someone help?
I'm in pain bros

if i had to highlight an area it's here. both my shoulders came out before but this might not be related.. im not sure. i'm healthy 22yo no drugs, smoking. what doctor should i go to?

the weird thing is that I didn't change anything in my workout regime, I just woke up one day a bit weird and after 1 week I felt like I was barely alive, eyes burning, sharp pain top left of my chest, sleeping is torture and my quality of sleep is probably 1%. wtf is going on?

that stupid ugly bitch of my doctor prescribed me antidepressants and anxiety meds and told me it's "all in my head" when she saw my bloods were fine. i want to fucking kill her

as far as workouts i haven't been using any weights, just a lot of cardio and bodyweight training. pushups, pull ups, chin ups. but i repeat, my shoulder did come out a few times but i have been reinforcing it for months now

Everytime this has happened to me its because I gave myself chostrochondritis from rowing too hard or benching with the bar fully touching my chest (Im near 3 plate). Its not a heart attack but your chest IS inflammed. Take some turmeric and a rest day or train legs

shit I had the same thing happen anon. but when I went to the doctor. that bitch told me your heart rate is SUPPOSED TO ELEVATE DURING EXERCISE. needless to say. I found a different primary care provider.
