i just got my metallic colored muay thai boxing gloves I ordered on black friday.Should I use these on the bag? or should I use them only for sparring? What makes you say they're bag gloves? Assuming they're 16oz since you mentioned sparring. Ideally your bag/pad gloves should be smaller, so I'd say sparring only for these
