Anyone else does this? I'm not particularly good and I'm the only white person playing in my gym but overall I rather do this over running. I even got jumped by 3 hood niggers in the locker room because I was scrolling Instagram reels and one of them player NIGGER out loud, luckily I only got a concussion after having to bear spray 3 niggers for self defense, I still taste it in the back of my nose. I'm very autistic so I unintentionally escalated the situation even more.
Basketball is basically an all encompassing test of human ability. Sprinting, running, jogging, jumping, jumping off one foot, elite hand to eye coordination, elite footwork, the ability to body a man in the pain requires great strength and so on. If you could choose only 1 physical activity besides sex basketball destroys everything and it ain't close. It's a great exercise alone or in a group. Dribbling, driving, shooting, chasing down rebounds just by yourself is a crazy effective conditioning tool. Basketball isn't just cardio it's an encompassing conditioning tool and you can get these benefits playing alone. If you hurt yourself playing alone you're a literal retard. Also I have about 20 friends who played as much as me and only 1 got a severe injury they also played the least of us and were a nerd. if you struggle with basketball you will struggle with all physical activity that requires even a modicum of athletic ability
