I workout 6 days a week as well. But skip PPL do it chest/back, shoulders/arms, legs, rinse repeat with one day off or for a weak point or metabolic conditioning pump day. It's good for insulin sensitivity part of how I stay lean is drop sets and rest pause and high intensity high volume high density training. I do deload weeks where I go three or four days basically shoulders and triceps, chest and biceps, back and legs if I do four days a week.

And always do slow controlled reps make 100 lbs feel like 300 lbs. Static holds and weighted stretching and weighted calisthenics and weighted walking all part of how i condition myself

I more or less go 50% carbs, 20% fats, and 30% protein when I'm bulking. At the bare minimum on a cut or bulk I gotta hit 130 grams of protein. I go by 1 gram per pound of lean muscle mass.

When I'm cutting I opt for keto. I'm low energy on it generally but its decently stable enough for me to drone out on any cardio machine.

It also helps me with peak week since the sheer deficit and flushed out glycogen helps you pump up for a physique pic or bb comp when you refeed with some carbs a few days in advance.

My father is actually planning on entering his first competition next year and I'm gonna coach him for it. I'm really proud of him

My right scapula legit sticks out such that the backrests of chairs push my right shoulder forward when I sit down, and over my lifetime it seems to have made my right shoulder naturally slouch forward more than my left.
