Fat only looks cool when there’s obviously a ton of muscle underneath. Strongmen, powerlifters and sumo wrestlers aren’t technically fat, they’re athletes with a high bodyfat percentage. Fat people who exercise regularly have less visceral fat (the fat inside your abdomen that surrounds your organs) and generally have less health issues than straight up obese people. (less insulin resistance, lower bad cholesterol and triglycerides, less heart problems, etc). Fat people who don’t exercise just look gross and are basically just killing themselves.
I watched a documentary a while ago that i found interesting not for the subject matter but for the way it was presented. It was the typical leftist cunt journalist in one of those African countries where they feed girls to fatten them for marriage. And the whole thing was her telling them how wrong they are and don't do this and you're beautiful the way you are all the usual shit. And it occurred to me it was the exact same body positive shit they push in the west only the inverse because over there fat is attractive. Almost like these vermin just have a biological drive to destroy and subvert whatever culture they're in and there is no actual ideology beyond that.

It took around a year and six months to lose 45 pounds. Don't get me wrong. I believe in supporting people's weight loss, but this is just sad. After a year and a half being seriously ridiculously obese, this is class 3 obese BMI 42.7... How do you only lose 45 pounds? This is still BMI 34.2 and a cunt hair below class 2 obesity by the way. For someone that is 5'1, being 150 pounds is still BMI 28.3. Just a smidge under obese. Why is this person okay was stopping so short of where they should be? Realistically, BMI 25 unless you are a bodybuilder is still kind of fat. It's where the true line of chubby sits. To actually look decent, it should be around BMI 23, especially for a female. Why stop before you even get to normal weight though? Why stop while right clear dead in the center of overweight? And that's their fantasy goal by the way. They're really happy with just settling for 170, which means regular obese. Why? As much as I'd love to celebrate someone's progress and say at least they're trying, Are they really trying?
