This is almost 10 years of lifting advice optimized into 10 seconds. Now, I'm not saying this is the most optimal routine for bodybuilding, powerlifting or any other niche. This is for pure ATTRACTIONMAXXING and actually having a "chad" physique (that natural high T sporty look).Your big lifts should be:-Bulgarian split squat-RDLs-Weighted chin ups-Vertical press (alternate between barbell and dumbbellThe philosophy here is to have a wide upper frame giving you that V taper (indicates high T). Bulgarian split squats because it gives you the most bang for your buck leg-wise. RDLs because there's nothing more geeky than having an underdeveloped posterior chain and women despise it.Hit everything above heavy twice a week and aim to progressively overload. If you are a genetic chestlet add some pushups after your workout. Most men are okay just hitting vertical press because of spamming pushups in their teens leading to nucleus overload. If you are a triceplet add tricep isolation. Chest is definitely not the main focus anyway unless you specifically want to look like a gymcel. The only things you need isolations for:-Forearms-Neck-Calves-HamstringsPay extra attention to forearms, neck and hamstrings. These are the bodyparts that naturally indicate good genetics and high T. 99% of men don't pay ANY attention to this so this is a no-brainer and will set you apart even after just a few months of training. Calves can be an insane boost if wear a lot of shorts and have good insertions. If you are a calflet you probably shouldn't bother and should instead take up something like running that will probably have a similar effect as any calf training you could do and have more overall health benefits.Don't be a retard and hit forearms or neck at the gym. You only need some plates and a dumbbell at home and superset them when you're bored/watching tv/doing something else. That's about it. Everything else is cope if you're after pure sex appeal.
>hamstringsIf you're doing RDL, you're getting plenty for hamstrings. If anything, RDL is better for hamstrings than any isolation as long as you are using adequate weight. >BSSJust do normal split squats. Don't need a bench or any extra supports. And it's even better for legs because you can focus more on pushing the weight rather than having to concentrate on balance.
>>76887982The only thing I do for legs is decline hacksaw squat 6pl8, calf extensions, and machine leg extensions. I don’t do normal squats since my back is fucked. Is that enough?
>>76887982training legs is for fags and women, mens physique look the most aesthetic and they dont even need to show their legs on shows
>>76888238yes you are supposed to train legs by hiking, running, walking, standing all day, etc. That is why we are bipedal it's not rocket science
>>76888238>posts guy who trains legs and just has shit calves
>>76888228Leg extensions are required for full quad development. They are not optional, sorry.
>>76887982I just ignored everything you posted because you didn't include a picture of your body.
