How to become as fast as him
>>76888288Be water my friend
practice daily, do your stretches, and weigh 130 pounds
>>76888299Drink alot of water? Got it, anything else?
>>76888288apparently he ate a ton of parsley and was one of the first guys who made extensive use of a produce juicer. I can believe it, you gotta watch the sugars with what you juice, but if you make something green and reasonably balanced in flavor it really does feel like you're giving your body something good
>>76888313You put the water into a cup, it becomes the cup.
>>76888288Be born asian, have a small frame, be 5' 6" (all celebrities exaggerate their height), have a wide q-angle, have one leg shorter than the other (by his own admission), practice like your life depended on it, commit to the martial arts as a way of life, and train, train, train.Only some of that is something you have any control over. You can be as fast as *you* can be. You might be as fast as Bruce Lee, but probably not.
>>76888363It doesn't become the cup dumbass it just fills the space in it
>>76888380Empty your mind. Be formless. Shapeless. Like water.
>>76888288As someone who is going into MMA soon I don't want to give away all the secrets I use but I guess I can help out a bit. The start of the kick is the most important part and what you want to practice 10x as much as the rest once you got the form down. Do that with the heaviest ankle weights you can get. You can figure out the rest after that I am sure.
>>76888288stay in a sauna without drinking water until you die
>>76888288weigh 100lbs and lie about your fighting career
>>76888288Do the techniques often, and be relaxed when you do them. There is absolutely nothing extraordinary about Bruce Lee beyond his exceptional calisthenics, made relatively easy by weighing as much as an average 8th grade boy.He lifted baby weight, had competent kicking, abysmal boxing, purely theoretical grappling, and all of it was utterly untested outside of point sparring behind closed doors with people who had a financial incentive to preserve his legacy. Find an actual fighter and try to be like them.
>>76888288Weigh less than 60 kg. Less mass is easier to accelerate
>>76888288He was big on isometrics but more like pushing against a wall etc, traditional martial arts style "lifting," specific lifting movements less powerlifting kinda like modern mma guys but more bodybuilding check his lat spread and conditioning I wonder if he's roided, and think of any ufc fighter who uses any kickboxing bruce's technique is probably flat out better he's just not a fighter as much the sport was nowhere near as popular back then it's an unfair comparison. Don't like kickboxing watch some wonderboy thompson ufc highlights or crop vs anyone not gigaroided+black guy lifting iq(bob sapp) it works. But yeah that's what he was doing practice the martial arts over the lifting for martial arts purists are scary in real fights lighter guys ko without 14oz gloves you need strength for that shit look at francis ngannou using 14oz vs 8oz gloves.
>>76890120Your punctuation and your combat skills have something in common.
>>76890120>cro copHe dominated mma with striking pretty sick kb. I like muay thay guys like saenchai for his speed, buakaw is the style I like but he was never massive. Wanderlei, rampage, and fedor for hands, that one black dude who beat fedor almost for grappling. Shogun was pretty sick just ufc he was probably off roids. 90s martial arts was what's up mike of course before becoming a junkie. Newer shit I like jon jones, anderson silva, chuck liddel, deontay wilder, gsp, all cool with the style, also george foreman and joe frazier they all have unique styles aka are advanced at their martial art. All of them train martial arts way more than any kind of lifting.
>>76890128I'm pretty fuckin good I hit hard as fuck and am pretty fast. Like I can hit any bag as hard as I want, know enough bjj/grappling, I'll walk into the mma gym and spar anyone regardless of their bad intentions I'd assume less of someone smoking a wooden tobacco pipe using a dictionary to write, I own exactly 0 top hats or suspenders I think that makes me the better fighter here not you.
