I have a friend who didn't start lifting till he was in his early 30s, I wanna say 33. He's 40 now and looks great, lifts more while being bigger and leaner than most youngsters at the gym

Of course I will always mog him as I started lifting as a teenager, but he still mogs 99% of the population. Me and him even do half marathons and shit together all the time, which most dudes his age would literally have heart attacks if they tried

Ignore the blackpill doomers who say it's over after 25 and you can't make gainz anymore, they're just fat slobs who would rather play cod and jerk off all night than go to the fucking gym. It's never too late to start bros.

If someone does tell you a timeframe you find acceptable, you'll go the gym then quit in a few months when you see no progress and then go back to making "how to achieve" threads with a pic of Gooky the anime character waiting for someone to "redpill" you on how to get jacked without doing anything. loser
