I’m now at a healthy weight, but I’m exhausted from counting calories and focusing my whole life on staying lean.

I refuse such a life now. It's a pointless life.

It’s taking all my time and energy. I want to live a normal life, have hobbies, and focus on other things.

Which diet will help me stay lean without counting calories?

I wanted to be lean to feel happier and fullfilled, not to make my life an eternal battle with my instincts.

I stay lean simply by only eating when I'm hungry. And by hungry I mean the physical sensation coming from the stomach, not "I feel like eating icecream right now because I'm a stupid fatass"

Are you stupid or just mentally deficient? You were supposed to take all that time losing the weight to learn what calories actually look like, to learn what normal servings look like. I don't need to count calories anymore, because I know about how many are in my rice. I don't need to write it down or log it anymore. I can just reasonably think. Hmm, can I really eat this and stay where I want to stay, yes, or no? It takes 30 seconds, maximum. That's if I'm really thinking about whether I want to eat it or not. It does not take all this grand time out of my day.
