We are going deeper than faustian finasteride and minoxidil. Without building blocks, the body cannot repair itself. Here is what I compiled:

>Nutrition vital for hair
vitamins K2 & D3 (grass fed butter and sardines)
boron (Borax protocol)
trace minerals (shellfish)
magnesium (pumpkin seeds)
silica (fruit and veggie skins)
copper (oysters)
glycine (skin, tendons, cartilage)
sulfur (onions & garlic)

>"Foods" to avoid
seed oils (basedbean, canola, corn, cottonseed, sunflower, safflower, grapeseed, rice bran, etc.)
high fructose corn syrup (just says "corn syrup" on the label to fool you)
mystery preservatives
number dyes

id go for a shorter haircut and some facial hair. you arent at the shave it bald point tho
>>
>>76888579
You are not screwed at all, but you are at the point where you need to seriously decide if you want to keep your hair.
If you want to keep it, you probably know the drill, fin and min and you are on it for as long as you want to keep your hair. If you don't want to use both, you can use just fin instead.
Do that for a year consistently and see what you get. You might get some regrowth on your temples, but if you don't you can always get a transplant for just that part.

Vitamin C. It's a prodrug to a DKK1 inhibitor, and DKK1 is one of the major downstream inflammatory players in AGA that doesn't get meme'd compared to DHT.
>>
I've been off /fit/ for about 8 years. Is finasteride/minoxidil a no-go for some reason?
>>
>>76888978
Those drugs are a psyops to troon you out. Instead of patching a disease why find the reason? Like wearing polyester caps for a long time causes hair loss because of the static charge. Other causes are from fungus which can be treated with chlorine dioxide CDS. Some say gravity is another so sleeping without a pillow allows better blood circulation in the scalp. Shampoo is a big one.

u got a source on the trooning, been on fin for a year. Hair loss stopped, regained maybe 20% thickness and it's probably taken my hair back 4-5 years in time tbqh.

Slightly weird semen consistency at one point, but not normal, maybe a bit thicker. No other sides, but genuinely open to hear shit.

have transplant consultation on friday and have no idea what to say, i want a NW 0.5 v shaped hairline w/ exaggerated temple peaks and widows peak. currently nw 2-2.5 w shit temples atm. no idea what to show/ask on the day of consultation. wish ik how to draw, luckily the surgeon is known to be aggressive

want something like the kirk meme, just an androgenic bully hairline, can go up to 2500 grafts just dkwtf im doing.

>>76888537
all retarded, just do ru and dut and live
>>
>>76889013
>No other sides, but genuinely open to hear shit.
no, post fin syndrome is unironic incel fud
>>
>>76889261
That is a really strange hairline m8. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad and definitely way better than mine, but I have seriously never fucking seen a hairline like that. I'm planning to go into for a consultation myself after the holidays, so good luck anon.
>>
>>76888537
You realize boron increases free androgens? This is elementary shit even in terms of a natural way of reversing it
>>
>>76889261
>>76889289
That is not a NW2 hairline it's still quite straight you just have an actual widow's peak and your anterior temple projection is average if not above average. It looks like you've had a hair transplant before imo

it looks good from these screenscaps tbqh, its just that my face is overly narrow and long exasperating/masking the issue. so that might be why it doesnt scream nw2.

I like my hairline shaping, w the peak and temple prokection I just want it all to come dwn a few mm's.

would be happy w a design like this applying the rule of thirds.

Why do you retards over-complicate hair loss treatments? It's literally just taking fin+minox+dermaroller. If you don't get the results then save 5K and go to Turkey for a transplant. That's it.
>>
>>76889589
I prefer finasteride, hair, skin, and nails multi vitamin, viviscal, and nutrafol
11 capsules/tablets a day though
>>76889472
the only people I've seen who look like you are either Anglo or Puerto Rican

dermaroll, fin, and minox buddy
worst case scenario you book a flight to turkey
>>
Fin fucked me up super badly, got on it November last year and quit March of this year, took a good 6 months to feel 'normal' again but, for lack of a better term, it feels like I got spiritually severed from the world ever since.

Am I retarded for considering trying it again? I'm thinking of very slowly titrating up and doing topical only 3x weekly. Now that I know what sides I had I can always abandon ship if they come back, but I'm terrified of them being permanent this time.
>>
>>76889471
The association of lower shbg/higher free androgens and balding was found in the same studies that have found higher prolactin/estrogen/cortisol

Ketoconazole shampoo + finasteride + minoxidil. Thank me later.
>>
>>76889261
i don't understand
are you the left image? if so then why are you considering a hair transplant with zero recession?
>>
>>76888537
MSM is probably a good addition but you still need fin/dut to keep DHT from absolutely wrecking your hair follicles.
>>
>>76888978
>>76888994
FinaSTERID (steroid)
>>76889261
Don't go for NW0 because 99% of hair transplant doctors can't achieve the necessary density. I went from NW2-2.5 to NW1.5 with a focus on density.
>>
>>76889586
You need a transplant, the follicles are just gone.
>>76889589
Tretinoin 1-3x a week > dermaroller
>>
>>76889692
>it feels like I got spiritually severed from the world ever since.
BS. I got muh neurosteroids from dutasteride but it only took about two weeks off of it to get better. And fin has neither an effect on muh neurosteroids nor does it last that long in the body.
But yeah try 0.1mg every (other) day and slowly tiltrate up until you reach a dose you can tolerate. That's what I did with statins.
>>
>>76890254
Idk what to tell you dude I got hit with so many sides it was unreal. It wasn't nocebo, either, because the only side I heard of before I experienced them was limp dick and I didn't get that one.
Yolo tho, I'll titrate up and see what happens.
>>
>>76889261
All i see is a norwood 1
>>
>>76889692
Just use topical
>>
>>76889586
I had a slightly worse hairline. Got myself a HT to correct it and it's densely packed, my widows peak was losing density pre-OP so I was moving to vertex.
>>
>>76888978
No they are literally the only thing that works. Anyone saying otherwise is a psycho loser who wont post hair.
>>
>>76890354
Breezula successfully completed its phase 3 study and published so that is a viable third way.

If you peruse all the latest research you'll find metabolic health is strongly correlated to hair loss. Things like inflammation in the scalp is also highly implicated.
The scientific community has to really reevaluate whether or not AGA might be an actual disease instead of just a cosmetic problem.
>>
>>76888537
The best way is to cycle moderately low doses of diy estrogen
also really good for the skin
but you might grow boobies and cry at random things if you take too much
>>
>>76888661
I think you're pretty retarded if you don't know what they do.
>>
>>76888537
balding is 100% based on luck bro. i did absolutely nothing you're supposed to do, still have all my hair. meanwhile dudes who do all that still are balding.
>>
>>76889471
it's caused by DHT which is the most potent androgen the body produces.
>>
>>76888537
wtf does this have to do with fitness? go back to /fa/ you bald fuck
