Breakfast: Two whole eggs, 230g of egg whites, 240g of vegetable mix, bit of salsa mixed in, two cups of coffee with a splash of whole milk
Lunch: riced cauliflower and a can of tuna
Pre-gym: 170g greek yogurt, 28g walnuts, 10g honey
After gym: barebell protein bar (I know, I know. I'm lazy and they taste good)
Dinner: 240g of vegetable mix, 174g of potatoes, 9 oz of chicken thighs.
Also a tbsp (15 mL) of olive oil between breakfast and dinner, just enough to not have things stick to skillet. And I need it to meet dietary fat target.
Totals: About 2,000 calories, 200g protein, 70g fat, 130g carbs

Pic related. Formerly somewhat fit and got way out of shape a while back. Finally back in the gym consistently and tracking what I eat. 20lbs down so far but also have regained some muscle.
