What do you do for recovery? Its getting harder to keep up with my progressions
Not sure that any of the shit you “do” for recovery is legit. Like do people really believe that getting a massage or getting in a hot tub or whatever meaningfully makes your body recover faster from workouts? Seems like complete bullshit. Smoke a bowl of weed and pick out a good video game or book. Get yourself a bag of sunflower seeds or a watermelon if it’s in season. Go to town. That’s peak recovery for me zero cortisol pure relaxation
stop training in a way that puts you into recovery mode
>>76889853>massage or getting in a hot tub or whatever meaningfully makes your body recover faster from workouts? Seems like complete bullshitIt's fucking biological fact that both of those increase flow, accelerates healing, hastens the delivery of nutrients, and encourage the breakdown of lactic acid. Shut your bitch ass up you fucking retarded stoner gains goblin. You sound like a fat fuck.>>76889872If your training doesn't require meaningful recovery, then you're probably not training very hard.
>>76889889>increase flowBlood flow that is
>>76889817sauna. releases anti inflammatory compounds and reduces stress chemicals. better blood flow to tendons and joints too. has to be a pretty hot sauna. You can buy a steam sauna tent for pretty cheap but ideally you want to splurge the big bucks for a dry sauna at some point.
>>76889817my fucking hamstrings have been destroyed since going heavy on rdls, what I don't understand is that I didn't feel them hard during the actual workout despite keeping the form and going deepBut then I wake up the next morning and holy shit, im walking like the tin man from oz, shit hurts, and its the same shit the next day, and the day after that, and the day after that, despite consistent active rest and cardio on those off days, fuark, hamstrings have to be the most annoying and slowest muscle to recover
I'm assuming roids are out of the question?
