DOMS are not good. It’s a sign of a stimulus your muscle is unprepared for. After a year of lifting, you should get DOMS very rarely. DOMS on multiple body parts over a weak mean that your training is way too intense for what you’ve acclimated your body to and probably counterproductive
Can someone who doesnt get doms anymore post body? If i stop getting doms i add weight or reps and i get doms again. Been lifting for 3-4 years.
