They're actual nobody plumbers
If you look at his record a lot of the people he fought were fresh amateurs or technically professional wrestlers (as in the wwe kind)

In terms of just defending urself on the street? I’d say focus on being big. You only have to take a boxing class, mma has so many facets so you will spend more time focusing more on the “competitive aspect” rather than self defence. All you need is a great 1,2 and a general understanding on how not to get taken down. Extra emphasis on a great 1,2 don’t even think of doing anything else until you can (starting in a neutral position) throw a wicked fast, hard, and accurate 1,2. You don’t even really need a boxing coach to get it down, although sparring is very good for avoiding the “blind adrenaline dumping freeze up”. Most people (including a lot of acc fighters) really suck at blocking a fast 1,2 down the middle.

Defending yourself is also 50% mental. Most of the times u are forced to is usually in the most uncomfortable settings like a crowded bar, having the awareness to understand a situation is very important. I’ve known many very well trained fighters who have been brutally beaten because they were Arrogant and weren’t aware of their surroundings. Generally the whole de escalation thing doesn’t work with violent people (especially drunk) they/or their friend will take that as an opportunity to get you (especially if you are already big), so don’t argue or debate with guys, the second you sense a person has ill intent just blast them with a 1,2 and run away (ESPECIALLY IN A BAR).

Peter Consterdine is probably the only legit “self defence guru” and has many videos on this on YouTube. He also has one of the best rundowns on the kinetics of a hard punch.

TLDR; just be big and mean lol

You should get into crime, for example collecting debts/enforcer

if you want to hurt people the best way is yourself and the best way to do that is to never stop eating that way you also put stress on the system to support you its a win/win
