Anyone have experience TRULY healing from shoulder injury? I feel like my shoulder just won't heal, I always thought because I didn't take adequate time off but I was kind of forced to only work out twice this past month and although it does feel a bit better, I still feel smth when I move my arm around. The thing is it doesn't hurt when I lift, just when I move it around randomly?

Also, the real point of this is to tell you guys to literally just go say hi to the girl you make eyes with at the gym. I'm not an ugly dude, but I'm also no amazing male specimen. I'm 5'7, 180lbs BUT I am pretty good at talking thanks my many years of owning a restaurant. Anyways, I spoke to this girl who I would always exchange glances with, we would smile at each other as well, and she was totally receptive to chatting. SHE even mentioned how she doesn't know how I lift 4 plates (on some gay ass incline press machine) and she noticed my 4 plate squat. THEY DO NOTICE WHAT YOU LIFT!

I didn't get her number yet but I'll definitely try next time I see her since the past few times we've chatted a bit. Fr tho, just go say hi to that girl you been eyeing (I will also say I am not ugly but I am also not like handsome enough where I don't have to put in effort when I meet a woman if that makes sense).

feels good, haven't posted here in like 7 years good to see the place still kicking

ever thought of maybe, simply, there's sth wrong with what u do to your shoulders ?
like not in accordance to human anatomy ?
maybe EVERY FUCKING SHOULDER "LIFT" DOES IT when u don't control scapula nor thoracic spine - just sth to think about
