Bulgarian split squat into hip abduction machine maxed out
lift butt slightly off the chair and hold hands over head behind back to fasten yourself on it.
don't do the lean forward thot thing, it doesn't actually target glutes that much
for cardio so sprints, cycling or skating.
a nice back is important to have a nice ass complemented.

u need 10$ rubber bands, sth to sit on and low anchor point, cable will do as well instead of bands
sit (somewhat high) on one buttock and do glute kickback with other leg sliding foot on the floor but only the last portion of motion, full extension to fuller extension of hip slow undulation so to speak - sitting position stabilizes pelvis and spine so that u get pure hip extension with spine and pelvis stable
regular glute kickbacks do not work because the relevant motion is actually in spine/pelvis, countless examples of that

Some kind abductor work with a band if you don't have the machine
3 sets of each 2 times a week will probably do it if your diet is not shit and keep upping the weight when hit 12 reps.

I'm doing mainly atg goblet squats, Romanian deadlifts, barbell glute bridges and clocking time on the rowing machine and I'm happy with the progress. Also walking and rucking up a hill every few days.

No squat rack in my building's gym or I'd be doing barbell back squats also. Gonna start doing squats to parallel with 2x20kg dumbbells as well as doing goblets. I used to do them and the results were good.
