Doin unplanned impromptus capacities
Instead of going for new record capacities I'm doin many sets of big one max capacities so I ain't gonna get da total but I'm training da hypertrophic capacity today
Got four sets of 8 done so far now I'm going 2 hours between each set maybe 1 hour even I had a pint of ice cream

knocked me rite on my ass i aint never had to literlaly fucken NAP middle of the day when i was working on big total capaciaties in low reps and more frequently

cos msot of the time when i was doin dat, i was fucken dooin, u know, like i would do one set of higher reps at the very end and be happy

today, i already did five (5) of 8 reps, 2 fucken hour breaks at this point.
