im too broke for a gym membership. what is the maximum natty i can achieve and how do i achieve it with only a pair of 6kg dumbbells? prison trainings? calisthenic?
>>
>>76927020
Basic gymnastics training can take you farther than most anyone on the planet.
>>
>>76927020
Same situation. Bumping thread
>>
>>76927020
Why are you too broke. Fix that. Get a 2nd job at a gym. Problem solved.
>>
If you’re poor you shouldn’t waste time thinking about working out
Go outside and start earning as fast as possible. You cannot have a family or future without money

you can get reasonably fit with just calisthenics (e.g.: dips, leg raises, and chin chin up variations). see if there are free stations in parks near you, if not get a pair of gymnastic rings and set them up under swing sets, tree branches or random scaffoldings
>>
>>76927020
It doesnt matter because you'll never put in the work. If you really wanted it, you'd already be lifting and not worried about some arbitrary timeline.
If someone does tell you a timeframe you find acceptable, you'll go the gym then quit in a few months when you see no progress and then go back to making "how to achieve" threads with a pic of Gooky the anime character waiting for someone to "redpill" you on how to get jacked without doing anything. loser
>>
>>76927020
calisthenics at home or at park.
too poor to afford $10/month? join the military, get paid to jerk off and train, then claim disability benefits at the end of your service.
>>
>>76927020
Like others have said, check to see if there's any outdoor gyms near you. I got lucky and the one near me has some heavy objects to lift, flip, and carry. it also has straight & lat pull up bars, inclined push up bars, reverse push up bars, the dipping station of course, etc.

You can sometimes get some equipment for free. Sometimes on craigslist or fb marketplace people people will happily give you weights or something else that is either heavy or takes up a lot of space and they just want it out of their house so long you're the one who drives over or takes the bus or something and gets it out of there for them.

Others will sometimes just dump whatever equipment for garbage truck to pick up on heavy garbage day, check when that is in your local area. It's the garbage day when people are also throwing out cabinets and desks, I usually see a lot of stationary bikes.
I once put out battle ropes I on longer used for the garbage truck to pick up, and someone had collected it before they did.

Working out is about consistency and progressive overload over many years
You can’t achieve it without consistent income

Can confirm, also free sauna if you get deployed to the middle east and take a shit in a port-a-potty.

I would argue you need some vitality and energy and exercise also clears your head when you're down , as long as OP isn't literally homeless and starving , 45 minutes a day of exercise is good for his soul
>>
>>76927020

I would focus on prison training and calisthenics, pretending to do weights with a measly 6kg would feel demoralizing to me , I'd rather admit my limitations and recognize I can't do shit with XYZ dumbbells then pretend im weight training.

I would also emphasize a cardio phase instead , might as well get one thing up. But if you're too poor for $10/m gym then your shoes are probably ass so scratch that too and you NEED good shoes in any urban environment

I'd get dip form to hit chest, pullups, shoulder pushups foot on something, arms/more delts with cloth and water bottles, abs easy, legs one legged. Erector spinae and traps are basically impossible get a gym membership.
>>
>>76927065
How poor are we talking? Is having 20k in the bank considered poor?
>>
There is no way you are that broke?

Average gym membership is only like £20 to £30 a month? So, 2-3 working a min wage job.

Cheap public gyms are like £15.

I know I'm speaking from the UK, but it can't be much different.

Do weighted calisthenics. But if you can't afford a cheap gym membership, you probably also can't afford to eat enough protein.
>>
You can get to intermediate just by callisthenics alone and feels better than going to the gym to lift the bar/baby weight

>6kg dumbbells?
You're not getting any far with that. Buy bands and start figuring out replacement exercises. Yeah, you won't get huge and the strength numbers will be misleading due to the nature of the bands themselves, but it's better than nothing and very cheap.
Check Chris Heria vids for info regarding band workouts.
Train with commitment and get a fucking job that pays a gym, LMAO this shit is not that expensive.

if everyone in the world stood in a line and walked for one hour through a gate and had a size (volumetric) based on the amount of funds within their control, it would take like 55-58 minutes for people to be bigger than microorganisms

Calisthenics training will give you a great physique and perfect on a budget.
The two dumbells you have are a bonus.
You can either do full body sessions every other day or do a push pull split.
When I first started out with calisthenics I did full body four times a week. Different types of pullups and rows and pushup variations.
Throw in some core work and different bodyweight squat variations you'll be ahead of most, if you're consistent.

If you can't afford $40/mo for a gym membership you have bigger problems than your muscle size

6kg dumbbells are good for doing wrestler type shit for a given duration (look up istvan javorek) or to train sport specific movements like shooting a basketball

bought a 20kg kettlebell for ~50€, can do swings for lower back, halos for shoulders and can use it to do bent rows for back, do curls for bicep you just have to figure out the rest, and do burpees shit is pretty good.
did also get an ab roller, handgrip thingy and a set of parallel bars but if you have a park near you just go there, especially pullups.

If you have absolutely no money just do situps, pushups and squats every morning and then spend 99% of your time working or learning high paying skills.

There is no point focusing on fitness when you have zero resources.
>>
>>76927020
Bruh I doubt you really can't afford a $40 a month gym membership. My friend always says that yet he can always afford booze, cigs, takeout etc. If fitness is actually important to you, then make sacrifices elsewhere for it. But if you legit can't spare $40 at all you're wasting your time with fitness anyway, you're not gonna be able to afford any quality food if that's the case.

If you are serious about having no money, and not just blowing money on booze, CoD and stupid new phones, then there are bigger things in life you need to be sorting out right now than fitness.

weird how this exact mentality of golems living in western countries is the direct cause of sub-replacement fertility yet you keep repeating it and tell everyone to follow it
