Your body's movement and resting position are a result of a chain of muscles and joints moving in certain planes, having crooked feet is usually a result of a few things if we put aside genetic deformities : hip rotation issues, pelvic tilt, overall bad spinal posture, muscle imbalance etc and these are usually interconnected or cause each other
The way your body compensates for these issues is by forcing you in certain positions, for example external hip rotation from sedentary lifestyle or bad posture can force your body to compensate with external tibia rotation, which in turn causes outward feet
There is no simple bulletproof fix, you need to find the exact issue by doing lots of stretching and movements until you find the position where your body is compromised and starts compensating. It requires a lifestyle change and change of training methods but it's worth it on the long run
