Start doing rehab nigga.
In a week you shouldnfeel better.
Banded external rotation with holds
Banded internal rotation with holds
Banded external rotation with arm abducted to 90° with holds.
Banded rows, really focus on driving the shoulder back.
Lat stretch on a bar at around face height.
>>
People literally fall asleep while standing when they’re tired.
Workout more and sleep less and sleeping won’t be a problem
>>

>rehab
I'm seeing a Physiotherapist weekly, gave me a very similar routine to what you sent.
it's gotten better but sleeping on my back really sucks man, like I'm seriously so unrested and tired

Have you tried propping the front of your bed up so you sleep at an angle on your back? Use books to prop your bed up
>>
>>76927951
>>76927967
Get a massage table with a hole to put your face through, and a pulley system to counter some of the weight of your torso for better breathing.
Got any more excuses?

Speedrun your shoulder fixing and talk to your doctor about going on hydroxyzine to stay asleep, plus all the usual sleep hygiene stuff
A good mask is surprisingly useful on top of blackout curtains

Oh sorry it wasn't the 500th goonbait ragebait and thay we're actually discussing health and fitness
>>
Try mewing and mouth taping. Snoring is caused by your tongue falling back in your mouth no? If you train your tongue to be suctioned to the top of your mouth throughout the night I think it should help.

2 pillows like a chiropractor

How many times are you going to make this same thread, expecting different recommendations and results?

Or
Sleep in a recliner
>>

Oh say can you see

Sleep appnea.

I have it but I sleep on my sides and it doesn't bother me.
On a too stiff matress I get pain in shoulders as I wake up.
By propping my limbs and back up with extra blankets and pillows, I can make a form that holds me comfortable without pain.

Continental bed with a 15cm mixed foam extra matress, 5 pillows, 4 blankets.

Get 3 wedge pillows

>>

That's exactly how I've been sleeping the past while, sometimes I shove a bit of the duvet just under my neck. Still, real bad snoring.
>>76927992
I tried sleeping in a similarish position last night, basically propped myself up with pillows (like how people with GERD sleep)
Slept the whole night but it also wasn't that good, rolled around a lot, and now my back and neck hurt from the pressure...
>>76928513
I've seen these but the position of the hole doesn't seem that good, you're not supposed to sleep with your shoulders up by your head
>>
>>76927944
I sleep on one of those accordion camping sleeping pads in a sleeping bag. I have zero issues. We slept on hard surfaces for ten trillion years. Your issue is you're too soft, a pitiful specimen.
>>
>>76930246
>We slept on hard surfaces for ten trillion years.
So why aren't you? Too soft?
>>
>>76927944
try getting big pillows and sleeping while sitting partially upright like in a lazyboy recliner
>>
>>76930246
Do you also live in a cave and drink dirty, river water?
>>
>>76930213
>propped myself up with pillows
This will fuck up your back and neck longterm. You need to elevate the entire mattress so it remains flat while still at an angle.
