Going to the gym must be way easier when you live somewhere that isn't freezing cold.

In the summer I just feel naturally motivated, but as soon as it's 0 degrees and grey I don't want to do shit. Californiachuds must think they're so cool

Hey friend, it seems you may have misidentified the URL in your browser bar. This isn't Tumblr. This is the fitness board of 4chan.

No one ever said that not even one time
>>

I did. Whatchya gonna do about it, bubble boy?
>>
nah, hot climate fags are in the same situation as you the seasons are just reversed. Winter is when we feel good and in the summer you just want to stay inside at all times with its over 100 degrees outside
>>
Buy a home gym for the winter. Price $150. Pull up bar + one dumbbell.

Lol the summers in Florida are cancer. The Best summer days are gray and overcast. Running during the day risks heatstroke and sunburns, while at night isn't much better since the heat and humidity make you feel like you are drowning.
Everything's relative.

Summer is a season for niggers. Whats enjoyable about heat, bugs and humidity?

wrong. studies have shown that warm weather and frequent sun exposure correlate with greater focus on body image. that's because you wear wear lighter clothes and engage more in activities where looks matter

actually, i enjoy the gym when its freezing because its a great place to stare at perky college girl ass while i bust a pump listening to radiohead. actually, its the ONLY place I can do this when its shitty outside, because nobody goes to the beach or wears slutcore outside the gym when its freezing. love the gym for what it is
>>
On the contrary the cold is kino
>walk out
>roll in snow to prime the system
>get to gym, it’s -25c outside
>sit in sauna for 10 minutes to get up to normal temp + some extra heat to get everything warm and ready
>hit the gym hard
>sit in sauna after again
>walk home in a T-shirt cause you’re so fucking warm from sauna and workout that it feels like a cool spring day
>roll in snow at the door, no need for cold plunge
>>
I dont mind the cold either.
>coffee sweats keep me warm even without a jacket
>gym is more open because dyels won't go to the gym in the snow
>heat from workout keeps me warm on the way home
>cold wakes you up and clears up your allergies

>>
>>76929068
How is cali or florida I'd fold you in one punch drop discord invite if you wanna bet cash
>>
The gym in winter is like an oasis of half naked thots bouncing around when going anywhere else outside they're just wearing their stupid fuzzy cozy pajama looking things.
>>
>>76929068
kek i feel the complete opposite. lifting when it's hot and humid, and stepping out into the hot and humid when you're done is far worse than getting to warm up in the gym and having some heat+gym buzz to go about your day in the winter. i love stepping out into brisk weather after a lift.

doesnt matter. op is still a faggot not working out

I have a trades job so when it gets cold my work stops and I have nothing to do but go to the gym. Thats when the real progress gets made
>>
Summer is the worst season, unless you are rich, retired and just chilling on some island or yacht. If you are working in a place with AC its not that bad, but any job that requires you to be outdoors all day at over 30 C is a living hell.
Summers here are very hot and I've always prefered training in the winter.

this
I lived in Phoenix AZ 15 years and in Illinois about as long (moved a lot between the two)

...It is a little easier to go to the gym in summer in AZ than in winter in Illinois tho. mostly only because it's literally freezing and I'm wet when I leave the gym

5-10°C and lightly misting is the perfect weather for running. The entire world has conspired to put you in a climate controlled ideal aerobic environment. PNW chads stay winning.
>>
In the winter, the gym is dead. even the Jan crowd is gone by Feb. Dec - April is when you really make gains. everybody wants to go to the gym in summer cause they realize how horrible they look, but you only look good in the summer if you grind in the winter.

by mid Feb. I can be 1 of 3 people in my gym at 7pm on a weeknight.

I live in a cold climate and I vacation in hot climates. Hot climates are much easier to get shit done.
>>
I live in Finnish countryside and the closest commercial gym is like 40 kilometers away so i just lift in an unheated old cowshed. Only problem i've encountered is that you need to wear thick gloves when it's sub-zero because it's literally dangerous to touch that cold metal with bare hands.

It's all in your head. I live 6km from the nearest town and I don't drive. Every day I run to town and back, then walk in to get groceries and do whatever business needs doing.
My furnace stays at 10c. I live on the North Atlantic coast.
Going to the gym, being fit, is way easier when you have the proper mindset.

Maybe this ability to thrive in the cold is exclusive to us Nordics.
