you look like an auschwitz prisoner you need to put on and im not even joking like 30-40lbs. dirty bulk+heavy compounds, stuff your face, do whatever it takes to gain weight. yea youll probably get a lil chub but its nothing after you cut. this will be the quickest way to achieve your goal, maybe about 2 years if you actually locked in (you wont) if you try to continue with your poor lifestyle and diet you will continue looking like a dyel lanklet since you are not putting on any substantial amount of mass
