>>76930864Yeah I did it last year to reduce my love handles and lower belly pouch. It worked well, but was expensive. I apparently got a "crazy discount" for what I got, but it was still about $5000. I usually bounce between 13-17%bf depending on bulking or cutting, so I'm decently lean. Even at 13% I still had obvious love handles and my stomach still wasn't flat. I've been working out 5-6x a week and dieting for 6 years. I've made a ton of progress on my body and like the way I look. I think I fucked up my hormones by only eating sugar and slop until age 25. Probably would have gotten the same results in another 3 years, but I have the money and am impatient.I wouldn't recommend it unless you are already committed to a training and diet routine. It's not magic, and if you've never had visible abs before, this isn't going to give you a six-pack.
