It's... working?
>>

no it isn't, he started fat and unshaven, then he became too thin and had fat removed from his face (that's not anti aging) and went pale, now he just has dyed hair, cheek fat, and less pale skin.
He could have skipped from the first pic to the last pic in like 3 months. Cosmetic surgery is not anti aging.

Millennials are such deranged trannies
>Dood i never go outside without my jewish zog approved cream just spend all day long playing bing bing wahoo and take nocive chemicals while being malnourished due to veanism people ask me for my ID all the time although i'm 40 !!
Yeah that's because you look like an anorexic mental ward escapee retard, you still look your age
>>
>>76930866
he looks bogged. Why do all these retards spend money to look like different versions of the same culturally manufactured abomination
>>

I don't know anon, those webms of the Brazilian dude who looks like a teenager are pretty convincing

fpbp. I find the anti-aging stuff interesting, but there's a massive conflation between looking like you're young and having a body that functions like it's young. Getting a hair transplant and taking dutasteride injections is not anti-aging. But I guess it's easier to sell people on superficial appearance than it it to discuss stemming the gradual decline of things like renal/hepatic/cardiac/neural function
>>

All you need to know about Bryan is that he has a fucking online supplement store.
Buy his £100 protein powder, it'll make you live longer than the supermarket stuff that costs half the price... yeah...
>>
>>76930987
Wasn't him already a billionaire before this?
>>
>>76931005
yeah, he'd argue that's why he's trustworthy - he doesn't need the money. I'd argue why the fuck would a billionaire want me to live longer, and if he did, why isn't he funding actual research instead of dying his hair and selling olive oil.
>>
>>76931030
Yeah that is a little suspicious, the guy is a billionaire and supposedly obsessed with this idea but he is spending less than 5 million each year on it.
>>
>>76930866
Ew.
>>
>>76931038
5 million is a lot if all you have is one study subject. That money easily pays for a nutritionist, a personal trainer, a personal doctor and support staff to treat him as a full time job.

The dermatology shit is not working. The audiology shit is ALSO not work; needing hearing AIDS before 50 is classic Bad Luck Bryan shit, what other influencer got em?

But around half his "Blueprint" is fairly legit with real scientific evidence, he just has some pretty shit-tier researchers since Dr. Zolman left.

It's obvious that the majority of people experience inflammatory markers like microplastics, pollution, heavy metals and all that shit that this guy is reducing

But the real question is when you hit 60,70 and aging kicks in, is this guy going to remain as energetic and youthful as a 40 year old or will he still experience all the classic signs of aging as a 70 year old.

Looking young is one thing, but feeling young and having the brain of a yougner person is a lot different. My opinion is he will find that despite treating his body like a temple his body will still follow the programming of aging all the same and he will become rigid, more lethargic, and essentially behave like an old person despite looking 15 years younger. This could be achieved this plastic surgery

>experience inflammatory markers
>like microplastics, pollution, heavy metals
Although all these memes are somewhat harmful and worth avoiding too much of, most age-related inflammation is ack-shilly "inflammaging" from senoproteins with cytokine activity. Bryan Johnson addresses this somewhat with some of his supplements having anti-inflammatory activity (e.g. turmeric and fisetin among many), but he's indeed nowhere close to comprehensively addressing the problem, or even taking a sizable fraction of less-normie supplements with anti-inflammaging evidence.
>t. read a bunch of results off scholar.google.com/scholar?q=inflammaging

He went to too low bf% and never stepped into the sun before. Now he fixed those things and just looks like a healthy 45 year old instead of a ghoul
>>
>>76930866
He has a legitimate mental illness
He spends his whole life trying to prevent aging
And all he achieves is wasting his life and aging

The only way humans will achieve immortality is by going full borg

He just went from looking like his age to looking like his age but groomed. His hairline also keeps thinning because he's too but of a pussy to use fin. If his goal is to look 18 he's failing miserably.

you know billionaires dont just have a billion dollars in their bank accounts right? if he wants to stay a billionaire he cant just sell off his assets and spend it

Naked mole rats don't seem to be aging at all so maybe we just need to do what they do.

>don't seem to be aging at all
Doesn't really seem accurate; they're just very resistant to age-related mortality increases and live a really long-ass time for their size.
>>
>>76931777
The oldest naked mole rat is 42 years old and still going. They mostly die because they keep killing each other. Other rats their size live 1-3 years.
>>
I think you need to watch a vid of this guy if you think it's not working. the pics don't do justice. he definitely seems younger. but even the pics too. he was aging horridly and now he seems a bit young for age. I think he's wrong about a lot of things which is aging him faster. veganism ain't it.

I'm 5 years on the other side without wrinkles yet, maybe in part because I've got some retinol serum painted on my face rn and gonna make collagen pepetide-boosted jello after my workout later.

Carnivore is the best potentially unhealthy diet in existence. Nearly all research on ketones shows benefits to every single aspect of existence vs ketones. With that said I don't agree with their theories on plants and fiber.

Obviously it’s working

You just have to consider just how fucking useless and retarded most humans are. How unhealthy, unfit. Poor, uneducated and stupid.

All our stats on aging are from population statistics and 90% of the population is content with slop. I revile humans so much it’s unreal. Not even on a vegan/hippie level of “oh humans are so evil” no i find them repugnant by their deeds. Having to listen to managers talk about not affording to live when they make 6 figures while i can comfortably save 80% of my monthly income and invest in my future. Listen to 25 year olds complain about no longer having a youthful body and being in “pain” when I’m 35 and have a healthier body now than they did in their prime. How they’re all fucking addicted to weed and alcohol. How so many of them have DUIs

>All our stats on aging are from population statistics and 90% of the population is content with slop. I revile humans so much it’s unreal.
This sentiment just reveals your ignorance of evolutionary psychology. Most people don't give a shit because giving a shit was not a factor for 99.9999% of our evolutionary history. Civilization is just a few thousands years old, post-industrial environment just a few hundred, compared to 300k years of homo sapiens, then 1-2 million of erectus before them. Humans living in their natural environment don't have to exercise to stay fit, they don't have to worry about the food they hunted/gathered actually being bad for you despite all your senses telling you it's yummy as fuck. The average human is lazy because energy is a precious resource in our natural environment that is not to be wasted unless it's absolutely crucial. The average human doesn't exercise when he doesn't have to because that's just fucking retarded in a natural environment. The average human eats tasty food because something being tasty in nature is an indicator it's nutritious rather than having no nutritional value whatsoever, instead of being an artifical abomination specifically designed to get a response out of your sense but void of nutrition because it's more cost effective that way.

The average human is simply not equipped to deal with the modern world. We are like fish out of water. People like me or you are anomalies, we were just lucky to be born with uncharacteristic traits that make this hell manageable. I firmly believe there must be a good reason most people hover around 100 IQ, there must be an evolutionary disadvantage to above average intelligence that makes reproductive success less likely in our natural environment, but happens to be a an advantage today, at least in terms of quality of life.
>>

>actually good points
I'm impressed.
>>
>>76933504
The culprit? Society (environment).
>>
>>76933476
He does, but the emphasis is inherently placed on superficial appearance, via things like avoiding sunlight, hair transplants, hair dye, etc. These things all get conflated. Yeah, he does measure actual biomarkers that matter as we age, but even if he doesn't explicitly say it out loud, his whole shtick is marketed as LOOKING younger
>>
>>76933078
Sounds like you tend to attract losers
>>
>>76933557
And howis that bad?
>>
>>76933576
Because it's conflation. What the fuck are we doing here? Are we trying to keep organ and body function into old age, or are we just trying to avoid wrinkles and balding? Why does he talk about one while advertising the other?

wow I didn't expect to read something actually thoughtful and true here.
one clarification tho: post industrial env is 150ish yo. and we mass produce slop for 70 yrs.
>>
>>76933597
>post industrial env is 150ish yo
It was a gradual process of course, but it began over 200 years ago give or take, which is why i said hundreds.
>we mass produce slop for 70 yrs
Yeah more or less, though slop is subjective. You could argue proto-slop began as soon as we started discarding parts of the grain to produce refined flour. Or that it actually began with agriculture itself, given it led to disproportionate consumption of grains, which were at most supplemental before. What we're witnessing today is just a natural consequence of the trajectory we took a very long time ago that keeps accelerating.
>>
>>76933582
There already are a bunch of meds that can keep your organs from aging. Reta, for example, is super healthy for your liver and destroys 90% of liver fat.
