For me its,Push>bench>military press>incline dumbell press>dumbell chest flyPull>Romanian DL>DL>rows>hammer curls>tricepsLegs>squat>lunges>extension + curls>calves>pull ups lolDo all of the above twice a week ideally, so six days in total. Also can add abs or cardio at the end of each workout.Take this with a grain of salt im pretty new this(only a year and a half)my brother gave me this workout and he is quite jacked. I have gotten good results doing this, my shoulders and arms are looking very nice now.

>>76932276Unironically the exercise you enjoy most on a given day. It changes. Sometimes on Push I start with weighted dips, sometimes with flat DB bench, sometimes normal bench... anything goes. Just train hard on whatever you pick. Do BB bench for a few months, then do something else if you stagnate and come back to BB bench when youre done with that
