Do all of the above twice a week ideally, so six days in total. Also can add abs or cardio at the end of each workout.
Take this with a grain of salt im pretty new this(only a year and a half)my brother gave me this workout and he is quite jacked. I have gotten good results doing this, my shoulders and arms are looking very nice now.

What are you trying to do? Get him to overtrain? Two weeks between sessions.

Unironically the exercise you enjoy most on a given day. It changes. Sometimes on Push I start with weighted dips, sometimes with flat DB bench, sometimes normal bench... anything goes. Just train hard on whatever you pick. Do BB bench for a few months, then do something else if you stagnate and come back to BB bench when youre done with that
