Core bros I need help. I’ve been neglecting abs/core for too long and tried to do an ab wheel at the gym today and can’t even do one. What’s some no bullshit core exercises I should be doing and how often?

>>76931395Not OP but i can do 20+ reps with 55kg one pulley full stack clean technique only spinal flexion with paused reps squeeze and i still struggle to feel any "burn" or go to failure
