Ketoconazole shampoo. Doesn’t have to be this one but literally nothing else helped my dandruff at all, even prescription shampoo from a dermatologist. Also locally blocks DHT (keeps Norwood reaper at bay). Make sure you use conditioner after your hair will be super dry after this but I use it daily with no issues and my dandruff disappeared in less than a week.
