How do I get as muscular and strong as possible while in a caloric deficit? I dont want to be a fat fuck anymore but I dont want to lose muscle (natty, 6'4, 100lbs overweight, 350 bench, 550 squat)

you already have a great strength base. if you want to look good you need to sacrifice a bit of it. high protein, keep lifting heavy, aggressive deficit. you can either stay that strong and fat forever, or lose ~10% on your lifts, look great, and then build back up once you have abs.
