I kinda got bored of doing PPL/Arnold split for 3 years, tried Fullbody for a few days but spending 2+ hours at the gym sucks and I despise training legs, is Bro split really that bad?
>>
>Fullbody
>2+ hours at the gym
Do less volume each day. You're doing too many exercises per session. Best to keep it to one per session and switch up exercises between sessions.
>I despise training legs

Like the other guy said you're doing way too much if you're spending 2+ hours, either that or fucking around/spending too long resting

But no, bro split really isn't that bad. Truth is you'll get gains on any split you do as long as you're consistent, training hard and eating and sleeping. The redditors who flip out at the mention of bro split can't even bench 2pl8 and have 14" arms anyway, fuck them. They're so quick to shill their gay PPL yet they have nothing to show for following it.

4 lifts
1, maybe 2 sets each
1 smallish, dumb, fun isolation exercise at the end

Explain how you effectively hit all muscle groups with four lifts. Then explain how you get anywhere near enough volume with one working set per lift.
Nice trips though.

what kind of PEDs does Mr. all natural do?

>spending 2+ hours at the gym sucks
I spend about 1h 45m in the gym and I go 6x a week. Do you guys just not like working out or something?
>>
>>76932227
maybe I just haven't hit high enough weights yet because I'm a newfag or maybe it's my freakishly disproportionate calves which are my only genetic advantage but why does everyone hate leg day?
>>
>>76932897
If you can go 6 times a week without fatigue hurting your performance then you're either not training hard enough or you're roiding
>>
>>76932902
When you experience the systemic fatigue of 400+ pound squats 2-3 times a week, your body is going to start saying "nah".
>>
>>76932909
>casual order of magnitude over my newfag squats
yeah that'd do it
>>
>>76932905
Well fatigue definitely is hurting my "performance", if you're talking about how much weight I can lift. That's why I deload before going for PRs. And sometimes my joints or tendons hurt a little, but I just give those areas a rest and do more of some random stuff like forearms or calves. I feel like there are just too many muscle groups to run out of things to do in the gym.

>And sometimes my joints or tendons hurt a little,
That's another important drawback. You increase your risk of tendon and joint injury by a lot
>>

nta but
Bench, Rows, Squat, 2-3 sets each. Maybe something for calves/forearms or whatever afterwards
OHP, Pull Ups, DL/RDL, 2-3 sets each. Maybe do something like lateral raises afterwards
Rotate and repeat 5 days in a row, rest on weekend. That gives you a total of 10-15 working sets for each muscle group p/w.
Entire workout takes 30-40 mins at most.

Training legs is fucking gay plus it isn’t aesthetic
>>
>>76934778
That's a common misonception. It's actually not gay at all.

a full body should be 30-40mins. and only twice or thrice a week
