I kinda got bored of doing PPL/Arnold split for 3 years, tried Fullbody for a few days but spending 2+ hours at the gym sucks and I despise training legs, is Bro split really that bad?

>>76932905Well fatigue definitely is hurting my "performance", if you're talking about how much weight I can lift. That's why I deload before going for PRs. And sometimes my joints or tendons hurt a little, but I just give those areas a rest and do more of some random stuff like forearms or calves. I feel like there are just too many muscle groups to run out of things to do in the gym.
