It doesn't always have to be chicken shit for brains. You realize thats such a "body building" staple because most BBs are dirt fucking poor and chicken is cheapest. There is no reason beyond that. The protein concentrations in ALL meat is so comparable there is no reason for choosing one over another besides preference and availability.
