I started cutting and right now I’m eating 8 ounces of egg whites, 13 ounces of canned tuna and 10 ounces of chicken… the main issue is the fact I’m worried about mercury poisoning, if I’m eating 65 ounces a week, how likely am I at fucking myself up

Just rinse the tuna, mercury poisoning is old boomer shit back when canning was trash, its good now. Most "negative side effects" from food is also roid tranny cope, cause they dont want to stop being gay and blasting so they blame the food.

very likely. get some bloodwork done. donate some blood.

Someone here said selenium (which fish has) bonds with mercury and gets pissed out at a 1:1 ratio. I haven't looked into beyond a quick google search as I don't eat that much fish but I'd look into it if I were you, it looked legit.

you're actually retarded. mercury has nothing to do with canning, it has to do with tuna eating smaller fish and accumulating mercury over its lifespan. It's why apex predator fish like swordfish has the most mercury of all, and you're warned against eating it more than once a week.

lmao calling others retarded. Look in the mirror. Literally billions of Asians have heavy seafood diets, including and especially tuna in Japan, and Mercury poisoning hasn't been a concern for them ever. On the contrary, the populations with the highest consumption of tuna also have some of the longest lifespans in the world.
Name ONE SINGLE PERSON EVER to have died from Mercury poisoning due to diet. Go ahead. Just one.
The only time Mercury has been a problem is from lab or industrial applications.

Choose a smaller tuna, like skipjack. Or, alternatively, you could switch to sardines or go half-and-half. Love those little guys.
