Why am I so averse to sweating? I would like to exercise more throughout the day, as opposed to dedicate that 1.5h to exercise intensely, then do nothing but sit and scroll until the 1.5h gym session starts again. The issue is that I feel like I'm sweating too much, and once I start sweating there's an uncomfortable feeling of my clothes throughout the whole day. Are there things or movements that I can do to stimulate my body, but not feel like sweating and staying in sweaty clothes all day long? Sometimes when I'm bored at work, I get up and stretch but that's about it.
>>76933203I hate this too. The feeling of being damp or wet.I think it's because, my dad would drown me in kitchen sink many times.Just shower afterwards.
>>76933203>an uncomfortable feeling of my clothes throughout the whole dayMotherfucker, you do realise you should shower and change your clothes once you come back from the gym, right? It's also primarily a mental thing. You have to force yourself into the position as often as possible to make it into a habit and not care at the end of the day. Or get a therapist although getting one for not wanting to sweat is a pussy type of ordeal.
>>76933203>not feel like sweating and staying in sweaty clothes all day long?did you think about what the changing rooms and showers in gyms are for?
>>76933332>>76933344Is your reading comprehension that low? It's not about changing clothes. It's about not wanting to exercise more throughout the day because of sweating and the feeling of being sweaty. I usually only exercise when I go to the gym, and the rest of the time it's sitting and scrolling. That cannot go on any longer.

>>76933510Fuck your sister
>>76933513>>76933510Actually scratch that anger response. Why are you so mad anon? I was just looking for some advice or movements I could do to stimulate the body, without sweating or resorting to all out exercise, since I'm at work most of the time, and a simple gym session and back to sitting around doesn't cut it. If you don't want to contribute to the thread it's fine, but don't fuck you me
>>76933507I absokutely agree.I have a similar problem, where I would probably be working out 2hours daily, but i really do not like walking from home to gym. It's just mentally not pleasant to dress and go out just for gym. The contrast of home air, outaide air and again gym conditioned air is just too taxing. That is my only problem with why i dont work out atm.
drink salt water and your fear of sweating will go awayit's not irrational
