Rope flow, mace swinging, kettlebells juggling and the like.

Are these legit to get strength, coordination and a more flexible resilient body?
Are these useful for a non-athletic man in conjunction with strength training?
Can they be used as some kind of fun cardio?

Essentially, are these worth the hassle to buy, store and implement in a routine, or is it a new trend to sell more accessories?

rope flow seems very no hetero, as with the rest. just buy a skipping rope and be done with it. it'll make you piss, non-athletic strength focussed man.

Nsima is a fraud and he sells a fucking rope for hundreds of dollars on top of his courses. Fuck that guy, if you were seriously considering buying anything from him then reconsider.

Not from his store nope, he's just the one that introduced me to these type of exercices, in addition to jujimufu and others

my main forms of cardio are juggling and swimming. Juggling is nice because it makes time fly by very quickly, so you end up burning loads of calories without drudgery. If rope flow does this for you, great. Just don't let grifters sell you overpriced merch you can buy for 1/10th of the price at the local corner store.

>kettlebell juggling
that's just asking for a broken foot.

jujimufu? do you fags still watch him after tom left the channel? his boring ass wife and new editor have 0 talent compared to when I was doing it all

You're better off learing how to spin a staff around like some monk. At least that will impress cosplay chicks at conventions.

Yeah the only thing I'd recommend from him is his smooth panther stretching videos bc they're good basic mobility as well as the one neck training video he did. The rope flow and kettlebell juggling shenanigans are not worth it

The shit people will do not to run or diet properly or lift weights
Honestly, Goatis is right. 99% of people despise the gym but they all have a reason to be there or fear societal pressure

I don't think you need to invest in a specific piece of equipment like a rope or mace. Even an Indian club, rolling or bowling pin, or a hammer will do. Basically loaded mobility drills in all three planes of movement, crossbody, is good for you. Do it as an assistance to actual lifting.
Can it be LISS cardio? Sure. I've done 20 minute made drills but it's frankly more boring than going for a run and seeing nature.
Is it good to do loaded mobility drills? Yes especially if you have injuries or as you age. I'm in my mid 40s and have a bunch of injuries from strongman days and it's helped. But I run it as an adjunct to a real program.

Nsima didn't create rope flow, John Brookfield did. With that said, he used it along with a bunch of other stuff for athletes, not hypertrophy.

How many of those have been up your arse. Be honest.

These look nice, like old strongman apparatus. I'll buy some for my home gym if I ever step it up.

That's an impressive antique buttplug collection you got there.

I imagine this is really good for the strength of your shoulder. Just like Bulgarian bags, maces, and kettlebells. But it's just another thing.
>>
>>76935303
not a single competitive athlete uses "rope flow"
>>
>>76935780
yeah but tons use similar things that create similar movements
>Dagestan MMA guys Bulgarian bags
>Conor McGregor that weird swinging arm shit

Unless you're into the woodworking art, get an adjustable metal one. Adex and Hephaestus make good ones. It takes less space and you can get them in a variety of lengths and grip thickness. Plus you have to oil the wood ones every so often

John had an instructional video where some of his professional athlete clients were mentioned
you are yet again acting like Nsima created it

>kettlebells juggling
Only if you REALLY like kettlebells as just 'a thing'. Better off with monsterlifts (if you know your basics), ie, add 2-4 basic kb lifts into one 'monsterlift' with varying reps for each. Best for double kbs. I like em for single kb using such 'basics' as snatch, thruster, clean, press, and swing. On the current program I have
>[SnatchUp + Thruster + SnatchDown] x 4/4(L/R)
as 1 set
