What is your FFMI? How long did it take to get?What do you think the goal body FFMI should be?I just reached 22 after 4 years of lifting natty and shit diet.
I'm at pic related. Could gain a couple extra kgs.
>>76933496When I was huge because of Hashimoto's, I was over 300 lbs with 30% bf (measured at the doctor's via BIA, so it was sus). FFMI was ~28, putting me firmly into "freak" territory but I have to admit, if you ignored my swollen face, double chin and huge gut, I indeed looked like a bodybuilder with defined 19" arms and a 56" chest at 6'1 or so (184 cm) Finding clothes was a fucking hassle..I got out of breath walking and didn't really exercise a lot, just some push ups and crunches here and there. I then got a hernia after suitcase deadlifting 127 kg and had to diet down.Now I look like I'm 60 and all the muscle is gone lol.
IDK about this one. Last time I had my BF% done I was 18.5 but I rounded up to 20 just to be fair. 22 seems high for me.
