>>76933645I don't usually reply, but this is pretty key. There is a very small intersection of 5 plate deads and 20 pull ups. Plenty of people can do one or the other, but screech at the other side.Throw in a 40 minute 5 mile with a 5plaet dead and a 3plaet bench and you just filtered 99%
