has anyone read it? is it good?
It's pretty entertaining but necessarily that useful as a guidebook beyond the motivational aspect. The exercise "program" he prescribes is not written out in a convenient and concise way so it's hard to actually follow. Besides that, some sections of it are pretty clearly ghostwritten and don't sound like Charlie at all and personally I don't care for the photos of the roided woman throughout the book; not only is she gross to look at but it undermines Bronson's anti-drug message. So, to put it in a nut shell, it's good fun and motivation and it may give you a few good ideas for certain exercises you can do, but don't expect a proper program to follow. There are other bodyweight books that will have a lot more utility for you.
