there's a few guys at my gym who are jacked & aesthetic & ripped who NEVER deadlift, but they squati spoke to one of them a few weeks ago, he said he never did deadlifts, worked upto a 5 plate squat for reps, and was able to deadlift 5 plate for reps, without ever having done it beforedeadlifting is a lift for displaying your full body strength, thats about it
