we don't really have studies on this but I believe actually high musclemass is bad for cardiovascular health

i mean look
in the past ive taken a hard line against bodybuilding, and running
but now, look, i dont watn to say ive softened beecause i have strong opinions on those two activities especially with respect to what i consider actual training
but
at the same time look i mean, they'r edeifnitley in the realm of fitness. these people that practice those things are in the realm of fitness, right, and they are doing their best
and to be totally fair, there is some overlap with what we do, the actual peopel who know what they're doing, there is overlap with those two activities. i mean some part of gaining strength is to look better right? because you cant look good lean if you're not strong, and some part of runnign, is like, for example i sprint, i like sprinting and then also going up stairs two at a time, like rocky, so i mean there is the running overlap.
so i mean u know, they'r ein the realm. i like /fit/ im not such a nazi anymore im a cool guy, people like me now.
