thats not good bro u gotta count every calorie

I don't bother counting calories. When I notice that I am gaining weight, I ask my mom to make me 20% less chicken tendies every day. Repeat if I am still gaining weight after that.

I just vaguely estimate and dont worry about it. Every day ends up being 3,000-4,000 calories and about 100-150 grams of protein. I stay visibly muscular in a shirt, but my 6 pack is barely visible. Nobody in the western world considers me fat or chubby or any other synonym, except for me because all the angular definition I used to have is gone.

Anyway the point is that rigorous calorie counting is unnecessary. Vague estimations do fine. If I wanted to cut, I'd vaguely estimate 3,000 rather than 4,000 and I'd be absolutely action hero shredded in a few weeks.
