I like going to the gym nightly because there are barely any people. However, the body makes less insulin at night, so is it possible I am diabetes maxxing even though I don't eat processed sugars at night?
I don't want to damage my health but neither do I want to gym between normie faggots and scary woman during the day. I am not a NEET loser for context btw, I am a little antisocial and I just hate most people in general even tough I have some frens. Most humans are evil and selfish.

you wont do anything. You are weak in the head

poor mindset

just buy weights for home or buy pricier gym membership
>>
I've always gone to the gym at 7pm and have built up good friendships with others who go at that time.

However, I want to start going after I get off work so that I can go home and fully relax instead of getting up again to work out, but this means I won't see my friends.

Why did no one tell me making it would be this hard?

You don't even know about my progress at all. I am already in shape but I wish to improve more. You didn't even answer the question retard. And maybe I am weak in the head for not wanting to see people but that is not the point.

You atleast get your friends in the gym, most of mine are too lazy and unmotivated. Even tough I try to push them. If you don't want to be /fit/ you are not going to be /fit/, simple as.

It's time to quit cuckmaxxing and invest in a home gym to become the ultimate Home Gym BVLL anon

the problem is for me, i dont liek that cos
when u go at night,
then i get the surge of energy u know and i cant fall asleep cos what u doin u be activatin ur body and shit u know and den like
u know like u aint be fallin asleep good cos u on alert, nah mean like u ON, so das y i aint like it
and i tink
always i have said this u know that, u should train int he morning, becasue, most of us work right, so you should always have your best energy and give your best energy for yourself rather than the company you work for cos at the end of the day they're abusing you and exploiting you and fuck them so this might not be a point that is ocmmonly discussed when choosing lifting times
but
yeah u should do it first with your best energy, dont go in there like a sad droopy sack of potatoes right? dont go in there stimulate urself before bed time. none of that makes any sense

How about meeting these people outside of the gym if the are actual friends? Honestly I'm getting so tired of these "regulars" who need 45 minutes to complete one exercise because they are chatting with literally everyone in the entire gym
>>
I've been going to the gym at night/early morning for 5 years. 2:45 AM is the perfect time slot because you arrive when all the weird night people have left and you get a couple of hours before the gym-before-work regulars starts dropping in. I once saw a roided out Finn shit in the showers just as I entered the locker room right after midnight. He probably didn't expect anyone else to be there at those hours and he nervously tried to explain himself in broken English, Finnish curse words and grunts. That was 3 years ago and I haven't seen him since. I hope he's alright wherever he is.

Jesus Christ dude
Lifting and cardio both counter insulin resistance because they give the body a reason to use the insulin (to absorb nutrients to repair the damage)

i mean, u guys are sending shitty workers, ur calling me a manual laborer again in the zersetzung tunnel of malice, based on my comments in this thread, and im not here to clarify anything but i want to point out that
irresepctive of, if you, i mean, whether or not u work manual labor or you're a white collar office worker, you'r estill being exploited and abused, because you're not working for yourself,
so i meanm,
as far as that, yeah my point still stands that you should ift before work and have your best energy for yourself, in all things, not just lifting
now, that doesnt mean that you will do poorly in your office job or your manual labor job, it just means that you put yourself first always in all things. it doesnt mean that you won't give it your all and take your work seriously and do well. for me, i am the best at every job i do, and in the office jobs i've had, the reason i didnt get to be the best was because i didnt spend enough time in. but i dominate everything, there is no other way, i'm that smart. i'm always the best.
me saving my best energy for myself, doesn't take anything away from my work energy, because i have so much energy that it doesnt affect my work. that said, as matter of principle and intellectual honestly, and coherence, i need my best energy for myself in all things, this is a rule.
i think i've said enough now
>>
>>76936466
as far as "saying enough", again i have to clarify that im not talkimn about saying enough in the sense of keeping my mouth shut
i mean saying enough to explain what you dumb fucks don't fucking udnerstand, cos ur all too stupid
>>
I don't understand the question, are you asking if working out at night means less chance of diabetes? No dude if you're worried about diabetes you should lose weight and stop eating so much junk food

>meeting these people outside of the gym
