Not bad today, cooked a little on the squats. Just had to push them a little more. I also am liking the hip flexor isometric. The OHP was supposed to be incline, but I can't find a rack to use without having to move up the safeties and I was too lazy to do that today. One of the safeties on the rack is tight and hard to move.

Outside of Jen Thompson and Chuck Sipes, not really to my knowledge. They are pretty useful and I get the impression more people did them years ago like 70s-90s. Single-ply especially because you need practice unracking weights that are 125-225lbs over your raw max. Its kind of a bitch to set up the weight.

AM training was a bust. Gym was closed. I went to my backup gym, but none of the equipment was suitable for doing isometrics. I did some planche leans, nordic curl holds, and one pull-up hold and dipped. This afternoon I may be able to get some sprinting in if the ground is not too wet. Otherwise it will be some ring supports, ring back levers, hanging straight leg raises, and some more planche leans. I should have done some more hip flexor work at the gym. I am about 2 months out from having something resembling a straddle l-sit finally.
