Depends on your end goal. I doubt walking really hits your HR2 zone at that point, and the resistance is so small. One thing to try would be a weight vest & walk jogging or running and adding weight vest for that as well occasionally.

It's far more complicated to weigh and count every calorie you eat and to then trudge through feeling like shit afterwards

It's a lot simpler and natural to just understand which foods do/don't raise insulin and then to eat to your satiety based on that. Hormones will work for you.

This also wont make you feel cold, sluggish, drained, brain-fogged, etc, due to literally functioning at 40-60% of your capacity

Once you've calibrated your body, you don't need to do anything else, and you'll be feeling optimal, not braindead from brute forcing a cut with willpower
