>used to be huge>go to military and lose a fuckton of muscle>a lot of years passes and I look at pictures from my time in the military>I was huge compared to how I look now (and young as fuck as well) How to cope? I feel like ending my life. I'm not even 30 and I'm already way past my prime, things will only get worse from here.

I used to be huge in college. I spent my entire (5 year) college career lifting weights religiously. Then when I got a job I got too stressed by it and didn't lift for like 10 years. Then I got back into lifting and in 1 year I was able to get my muscle back. The rate of rebuilding muscle is pretty crazy. I think legit steroid users make progress slower than I have over the last year.
>>76937165Same. I was extremely fit in high school/early college, lost all my muscle and gained a bunch of fat first through partying then working a cubicle job. Last year I started hitting the gym again at 30y/o and my buddy who I was going to the gym with assumed I was roiding with the rate at which I was able to build muscle.
