ever noticed that healthy foods tend to be high in moisture and unhealthy foods tend to be dry? what's the deal with that?

Yeah the water takes up space in your stomach and intestines and shit. Its most obvious when you think about eating tortillas vs tortilla chips. You probably couldn't sit down and eat 2000 calories of tortillas you would puke. But if I take the tortillas throw them in a deep fryer that removes the moisture and adds a little oil, you could eat 2000 calories of tortilla chips in a sitting if you wanted to and it wouldn't be very hard.
