I was watching a video and they showed a clip of Zangief crossing his arms and doing a deep squat (to where his knees touched his elbows). I tried it out, and it felt fine. Usually, squats hurt my knees since I'm clinically obese, but it felt good. I did a few, but I didn't feel anything in my muscles. If you guys know what I'm talking about, could you let me know if this is even a viable workout?
