i want to say: i have lost motivation to workout. overall, if i'm depressed, i'd rather do coffee and play videogames or watch youtube (i've been really diggin dragon ball z shorts for some reason)been lifting for like 8 years and it just adds stress.also my dad doesn't do shit and he's fine, so i guess the whole concept of breaking down when you age is mostly geneticsi think women like muscle.. but if lifting makes you an insufferable human being due to stress, it defeats the whole purpose of trying to attract the opposite sex. you can't have a good personality if you're constantly on rage mode. people often times tell me i'm way too serious, and the comment is not coming from underachievers or losers, just cool people who don't lift.conclusion: it adds stress and little benefit. i would rather put that energy into socializing, that in itself would bring more of a health benefit.i guess i'm becoming a normie. lifting made me this way lmao. imagine being defeated by a chunk of iron (lol, lmao even)

>>76937888cool fuck off normie
>>76937800lifting is fucking boring in and of itself. find an athletic hobby. For instance, I found my fifteen year old skateboard in the basement and now I'm doing a calisthenics/plyometrics routine so I can ollie ten feet in the air. I'm gonna mog 15 year old me so fucking hard. 15 y/o me couldn't pistol squat.do anything
>>76937906i tried skateboarding but it's full of normals posing for the camera. also i think it looks kinda retarded. it lost it's appeal, being static while moving seemed cool when i was an adolescent, now it looks like i'm trying too hard
>>76937895kill yourself autistic faggot
>>76937927u first bitch ass nigga
>>76937917it's not the skateboarding that matters (I'm too old to skateboard, too, I've doing it in the dead of night) it's the finding of new arenas to direct and motivate your training.
